Service

Mermaid2Visio provides software tools for converting supported Mermaid diagram syntax into editable VSDX files. Features, supported syntax, and limits may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the service only for lawful business, professional, educational, or personal purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription renewal, cancellation, invoices, and payment method updates are handled through the Stripe-hosted billing portal when available.

Refunds and cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals through billing management. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate billing, technical failure, or accidental purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process unlawful material, attack the service, bypass subscription controls, abuse automated requests, or infringe the rights of others.

Output responsibility

Generated VSDX files should be reviewed before professional, legal, operational, security, or client-facing use. Users remain responsible for the content and accuracy of their diagrams.
